When can I expect
delivery after placing my purchase?
Delivery time will vary based on the day the order was placed
and destination. For on-line credit card orders during business
hours delivery usually takes 5 to 7 business days. This period
may be longer for items shipped to non-metropolitan areas.
What can I
do if I am not satisfied with the product?
We are so confident of our product that we offer a 60 day
satisfaction guarantee* on product purchased through this
website.
Should you not be completely satisfied with our product please
email sales@topacal.com
with your contact details and our invoice number. Please indicate
on your email your preference for either a cash refund or
product exchange. We would also appreciate it if you let us
know why our product or service did not meet your expectations.
*This guarantee covers individual purchases of up to ten
bottles of Topacal C-5 that have been purchased through this
website. An invoice number and email address will be required
to substantiate your claim. NSI Dental reserves the right
to refuse multiple claims from the same customer. If you have
purchased Topacal C-5 though a distributor, please contact
the distributor for their return policy.

payment methods can I use?
You may use your Visa, Visa Delta or Mastercard to pay on-line.
If you do not wish to send your payment details to us "on-line",
during the shopping process select the an off-line payment
method when prompted. You may then Fax or post your payment
details to us.

Can
deliveries be made outside of United States?
Purchases made from this online shop can only be delivered
